Ms. Friedrich brings 15 years of healthcare sales and consulting expertise to her position of Vice President, Strategic Alliances working with companies including WebMD, Misys Healthcare Systems and Health Care Data Systems. Previously, Ms. Friedrich was Administrator for SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse.

In her current role, Ms. Friedrich is responsible for expanding the Carefx footprint in the Health Information Exchange and Government marketplace.
