Wayne Parslow

Wayne Parslow brings over 20 years of success in building IT software businesses to prominence, both in the U.S. and across EMEA most recently with Imprivata, an employee access management company.

Wayne began his career in the document management and workflow space with Kodak and startup, ImageSolve. He was subsequently responsible for building the European businesses for Watermark Software (acquired by FileNet - now IBM) and application server specialists SilverStream Software. As Vice President of EMEA Sales at SilverStream, he expanded their European channel operations and was instrumental in bringing them to IPO and to a $230M trade sale to Novell.

As Vice President of Global Alliances at Novell, he played a crucial role in implementing the partner strategies around the Company's resurgence as a major player in the open source marketplace including the acquisitions of SuSE Linux and Ximian.

He has also held Senior Management positions at BancTec, OATSystems (now Checkpoint) and Cordys. Mr. Parslow holds a Bachelors degree in Applied Science from Kingston University in London, England.
